The Mulch Sale is the primary fundraiser for the drug-free and alcohol-free After Graduation and Baccalaureate Celebrations. Proceeds from the Mulch Sale also go towards Senior Scholarships. How much does the mulch cost? The price is $4.85 per bag for purchases of 49 bags of less. The price is $4.50 per bag for purchases of 50 bags or more. How do I pay for my mulch order? You can pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, or your PayPal account using the Online Ordering link. You can pay by personal check by mailing in an order form and check through the US Postal Service. If you wish to pay by personal check, click on the Mail-In Order Form link, download the order form, and mail the form along with a check to: CVHS Project Graduation Centreville High School 6001 Union Mill Road Clifton, VA  20124 Do I need a PayPal account to order online? No, you do not need a PayPal account, although you can use your existing PayPal account if you wish. All payments will be processed using the PayPal website whether you use a PayPal account or a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Is my mulch purchase tax deductible?       Yes, the portion of your purchase that is a net profit for us is tax deductible. We will send you a receipt for your files after the delivery weekend.   Do you have free delivery?   Delivery is free for an order of 10 bags or more. If you order 9 bags or less, you can pick it up or pay an additional fee of $10.00 to have us deliver it.  Pick-up can be done at the Centreville High School parking lot from Saturday, March 24, 2011 at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. How do I order mulch? We offer two easy ordering options. You can use our convenient Online Ordering and pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards,  or your PayPal account. The second option is to download and print the Mail-In Order Form along with a check made out to: CVHS Project Graduation Centreville High School 6001 Union Mill Road Clifton, VA 20124. When is the order deadline?   All orders must be received by Sunday, March 18, 2012.  Any orders received after that may not be filled.  If so, the order will be refunded. What zip codes do you deliver to? We only have the resources to deliver to zip codes: 20120, 20121, and 20124. When will the mulch be delivered? Deliveries will start late afternoon on Friday, March 23, 2012 and will be completed by Sunday afternoon, March 25, 2012. We cannot predict exactly when during the delivery weekend your mulch will arrive, nor can we accommodate special requests for a specific time. We use a system that routes deliveries to homes clustered together with a minimum number of bags left in the truck after each run. Please don't be alarmed if your neighbor receives mulch, but we don't stop at your home. We'll be back on another run! Where do you put the mulch when it is delivered? We will deliver the mulch, neatly stacked, in the location you designate at the time of ordering. The choices are (as you look at the front of your house): Left side of driveway Right side of driveway Center of driveway We do our best to place the stacks along the edge of your driveway to avoid blocking garage entry, unless other instructions are provided.  Feel free to use chalk to mark the desired loaction on your driveway or tape a sign for us on your garage door.  Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we can not deliver mulch to the side or back of your home, nor can we spread the mulch for you. Will you spread the mulch in my yard? At this time we are unable to provide this service. The mulch bags will be neatly stacked on the side of the driveway that you designate when you place your mulch order. The CVHS touchdown Club is running a fundraiser to spread mulch. We are unable to make deliveries outside of the 20120, 20121, and 20124 zip codes. What type of mulch do you deliver? We deliver 3 cubic foot bags of premium, double-shredded, hardwood mulch. The mulch is a medium brown color and is the same type of high quality mulch that you would buy at a local nursery. Can I pay when the mulch is delivered? Payment must be made at the time of the order. We will not accept COD orders. Can I cancel my order?   Yes, you may cancel your order and receive a refund until Monday, March 19, 2012.  After March 19, we will attempt to refund you; however, if the mulch can not be sold at "Same Day” sales, there will be no refund.
